Mimi took great care of me today! The whole ambience of the salon is so relaxing and inviting, especially with the beautiful holiday decorations. Very clean & professional. All the staff is so friendly. I got a lavender & mint pedicure with gel polish. Then she trimmed my cuticles, gave me a matching dip in holiday colors and pampered my chapped, dry hands with a parafin wax treatment. It was a lovely treat!

Mixed reviews. I’m a first time client. The place is beautiful! Chairs are very comfortable. I was greeted nicely. When I asked for a coffee or a water, I was brought a nice glass of water with a slice of orange in it. Wonderful! I also thought the price was reasonable. My tech seemed like she’d like to be anywhere but there. She looked very professional and the work that she did was very professional. However, I missed the friendly manner that and I’m used to. I saw other employees that seemed to enjoy their job. By her mannerism I would guess she was mad. I also couldn’t tell the nail utensils were sanitized between uses. Although the salon looked very clean. I chose a bold red color #799 in the red section of samples. Which apparently changes colors in the sun as I was shocked to get home in the shade outside and see my color was now bright orange! Very bizarre! But how can I complain as while my nails were being done they were the bright red that I had chosen! I will add photos of the same toe nail inside (red) versus outside (orange). This was a regular nail color not gel.

I paid $100 (service + 20% tip) expecting to be pampered. Instead I got amateur work that needed another employee to take over mid-service because the original technician was making multiple obvious mistakes. They kept me there for nearly three hours trying to fix it, and despite their effort, the final result was crooked, uneven, and unprofessional. Less than 48 hours later the nails started peeling off. I reached out afterward, explained politely that the work was unacceptable and getting worse, and was told ‘we don’t offer refunds but you can come back within our 7 day policy.’ My schedule doesn’t allow a return within their window, and why would I go back after this? I came in to feel good and left frustrated, late to my event, with nails I’m embarrassed to show. Absolutely not a $100 product. DO NOT GOT HERE. This was a waste of time and money.

No. I’ve been there several times because I live closeby and I really wanted it to be my home manicure place. I schedule a gel manicure once every three weeks and throw in a pedicure when needed. That being said, my appointment is scheduled weeks in advance, yet I haven’t had a time where I didn’t have to wait for my manicurist for a minimum of 15 minutes, sometimes longer. How is that possible if you’re on the schedule? So the last time, I think I had waited for at least 20 minutes before I finally went to tell who looks to be the manager. They all saw me sitting there at my station so I’m not sure why it took me having to point it out. Interestingly, my person then appeared before me within minutes appearing frustrated and I got the worst manicure I’ve ever received there. This time, I went in for my appointment, and after waiting 15 minutes I decided it’s not worth it to do this anymore. I got up and went down the street for a manicure. I just want a place that can manage their time. And according to other reviews, it doesn’t seem that’s happening. The place looks very nice, but they need to take care of their appointment people correctly and address walk-ins as walk-ins, letting them know what kind of a wait they may have.

I called on Wednesday at noon to check if they could take me in for a gel manicure. They were able to see me at 3:15pm which I was more than happy for! I was skeptical because of the mixed reviews but the service I received speaks for itself. I initially went for a gel manicure but Ann suggested I should get dip because I had a couple of chipped nails. Also, I was offered a drink upon being taken to the station where I would be getting my nails done. Overall, it Ann was 10/10, great experience and I will be returning!
