2022-12-15Jada was very unprofessional and overall generally negligent during my appointment. The appointment began with her answering phone calls and talking badly about potential clients who wanted to make appointments in front of my friends and I. This delayed the start of my gel manicure and it seemed extremely rude. My manicure didn’t last a day as it chipped the next day and it fell off like it was a sticker on each nail the day after. It turned out that the first polish was still wet. It doesn’t seem like it would’ve been a difficult job to do, but somehow a simple gel manicure was too much to get right.
