2025-10-14Aster did an amazing job on my wedding nails! They look 10x better in person. I loved them and they held up so long. She checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I loved every step of my nails. If you want fancy nails this is the place to go, and I recommend Aster!

2025-08-11While the staff was nice, I cannot recommend this place. I tried nails so dep for the first time today and the photo on the left was what I got from my regular nail tech at her salon 4 weeks ago. Unfortunately, she is unavailable for appointments at the moment so I came here based off the good reviews online. I had 4 weeks of growth beyond the first picture so they were quite long. I asked the nail tech to take a LITTLE bit off the end and to keep them almond shaped since unfortunately I have chubby fingers and small hands so a long, tapered nail is really the only flattering shape on me. I do not like to get extensions on my nails and have been really happy that I’ve been able to grow my nails out. She cut a little snip off the end and asked if it was ok (at this point it looked fine to me) and then she filed them down significantly shorter than I asked. The design is fine and I do like that they are thin but the shape and length are not what I asked for and there are a lot of rough edges. Again, this was my first time in and I felt awkward enough that I didn’t know how to say that I didn’t like my service so I got home and called them to see if they could offer a refund. I completely understand their policy of offering me a replacement service instead of a refund but there really isn’t a remedy here since I only want my long natural nails back.

The nails feel strong and have lasted really well — it’s been over three weeks and they’re still in perfect shape. The staff were super friendly and took their time to make sure everything was done right.
