I usually rave about this place, but sadly my recent experiences have been disappointing. Yesterday’s visit for a nail appointment left me very unhappy. I selected my nail colors, but my tech redirected me to choose from a specific book because it would be “easier.” Even then, she dismissed my choice, saying the sparkle I wanted was too chunky and substituted it with something else. I asked for a rounded square shape, but she recommended I “keep the almond shape” and continued with what she preferred instead of what I requested. She left one of my hands soaking in acetone for over 20 minutes, which started to cause a burning sensation. Only two coats of dip were applied instead of the usual three, leaving the color less pigmented than expected. The sparkle applied was black instead of the silver I had chosen, and instead of apologizing, she layered another glitter on top, which didn’t achieve the look I wanted. When I asked if it would actually sparkle, her response came across as dismissive and slightly aggressive. To top it off, I wasn’t instructed to wash my hands afterward, leaving chemicals on my skin, and there was little to no effort to build rapport during the service. The experience felt rushed, impersonal, and ultimately disappointing. I used to love coming here, but I left feeling sad and unsatisfied this time. I truly hope this was just an off day, because I miss the quality and customer care this salon used to provide

Love my nails!!! The staff takes their jobs seriously and if they can’t do a design you want they will have another nail tech to come over and do the job for them!!!

I am so glad that I came back here. Been to lot of places but this place do any design I love to have on my hands or fingers nails. Kevin, Q and his wife who went on there vacation did my minion nails. Love this place. I have to look for minion nails later. Thank you Kevin appreciate you.

First time at this nail salon… I come through here every few months for business and usually go to 2 other local salons. I wasn’t happy with my last visits so I decided to give this one a try. I am so thankful that I did!! Stephen did my nails and his sister did my pedi. I showed Stephen what I wanted and he gave me exactly what I asked for. His talent is impeccable! They were super nice and treated me so well. This is honestly the best nail and pedi I have had in many years. The massage chairs are exceptional,music was perfect and it was really clean!! Thanks for restoring my faith that there is still great nail salons left! This will be my “go to” stop for nails/pedis when I come through the area! *****Recent (yesterday) updated review***** I am so disappointed with this visit. As u can see I gave this salon a raving review which was absolutely earned. Yesterday’s visit was the absolute worst!!! I got a pedi and fill with chrome with 2 nail removals and replaced to fix the tips that were growing curved. This had nothing to do with this salon at all,but it’s worth mentioning bcuz I asked them to fix the 2 curved nails for me. The lady that did my pedi was nice and the convo was going great. She had asked me multiple times about what color I wanted when I had repeatedly told her what it was. She kept asking if I was getting a fill and again I had to keep repeating the same answer (yes). This pedi was not as long as previous ones nor did I get the same service that should have been given at the one I chose. I let it go and started feeling like this just wasn’t going to get anywhere bcuz of the language barrier. So then I moved to the nail chair,which the same lady that did my pedi sat down and started my nail service. Things were going good for about 5 mins. She started burning up my nails with the tool and she did it multiple times. One was so bad I told her I needed a minute to let my nail cool down. Then she removed 2 nails that I needed fixed. Another lady stepped in to help communicate what I was asking to be done. She put too wide of a tip of each of the nails. I did say something this time and said it multiple times. I didn’t need 2 wider nails then the rest of my other nails that were still on. She kept saying she would fix them. Her demeanor changed significantly by now. I honestly should of just paid for what they had done up until that point and left. I had AGAIN told her that they were too wide compared to my other nails and showed her side by side how they didn’t match. I was honestly exhausted trying to get her to understand and this was now totally ruining my nail and pedi day/mood completely! I just let her finish so I would pay and get out of there. I noticed she used a totally different bottle then the normal gel too coat but just chalked it up that maybe they got a new line of product. I paid 140 for a pedi with gel and a fill in with chrome and 2 nail repairs. I still after all of this tipped her 20 bucks. Today 24 hrs later and my nails are all chipped at the tip of the nails and the chrome is chipped off. You can also see in pics the chrome doesn’t even go all the way to the cuticle part of the nail. I am so disgusted and mad at myself that I even tipped her. Absolutely crazy that 160 bucks and I walk out with awful wide replacement nails and now chipped ugly nails. Never ever again will I go here. I came over here over an hour away each trip. This is totally unacceptable and many employees knew what was going on and nobody intervened or checked on my nails. Now I will have to pay to get these all repainted and too coated correctly and dish out more money to do it. Keep this in mind ladies to speak up more and demand u get what u pay for.
