Jack and Taylor at Jackson Nails and Spa have never done me wrong! Been going to them for about a year now and to say I am loyal, I AM LOYAL! I’ve gotten acrylics since I was young and when I moved to Jackson Nails, Jack recommended dip, that I haven’t had good experiences with before, but he assured me that he could do it better than any other nail place… HE DID! My nails have never looked better, healthier, or as long lasting! I have gotten acrylics, gel, and pedicures, they always do such an amazing job! Jack and Taylor always do the best work! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Super clean spa! Very detail oriented work! Every set of nails that I have ever gotten done has been done with care, precision, and passion! The best place I have ever been!

My mom and siblings come here all the time! They are so sweet. I had my toes done, and to my surprise, they put my shoes and socks back on for me. They also helped a older man put his socks and shoes on since he's wife was busy getting her toes done. I highly recommend them.

Ok so the shop is very clean, organized, and cute! However, I got a full set with gel, which were done by an older guy (didn't get his name), and I wasn't pleased with them at all. (First two pictures) But I had a Bachelorette that evening so I left anyway. He didn't trim my cuticles, applied the acrylics crooked and off center, and applied the acrylic and polish SO far from my cuticles it looked like 2 weeks growth the day they were done. They were also very thick and bumpy. He also had to remove and re-do the gel on several nails because he couldn't get the color application correct. Within 4 days they began lifting, pulling, and cracking. By day 6, two had come completely off and every single one was lifting or chipping in some way. I was very upset bc honestly it was painful and I'm not rough on my nails at all. It was probably the worst set I've ever had done. HOWEVER, when I contacted the shop, they graciously told me to come in for a free FULL SET replacement. Taylor re-did them and y'all, when I tell you this is the BEST SET I'VE EVER HAD! 🤌🏻 (last two pictures) They are perfectly shaped, very close to my cuticles, the color application is smooth and even, and they're just beautiful! She was very kind, apologizing for the bad job I had gotten on the first set, and made small talk with me while she did my new set quickly and efficiently. She was very gentle and confident in her work. She has true talent, and I will definitely be coming back here to see Taylor, but ONLY Taylor. Thanks for a wonderful second experience, it turned my opinion of this shop in a 180° !! I recommend Taylor so much!
