Me Nails Bar

Have been four or five times in a row, always good experience -this time not so, voices my worries many times during pedicure and gel manicure-didn’t listen-kept telling me that’s just the way it was…. Voiced unhappiness with manager (?) I could come back in a few days and get it fixed, umm whole point was to get them done before vacation- how’s that going to work. Discount the $5 -wow that really takes the bite off wasting $120… what hurt the most was the not listening. And didnt even get the older lady’s name… Dissatisfied and disappointed-, oh and yes they normally massage and lotion during pedicure-this time-nope-asked about it -told don’t worry … Finding new place-Manager work more on customer satisfaction -don’t those nails look great for a week later( haha just kidding this is just done :( )

Edit 5/16/24 It really saddens me to write this as this was my primary nail salon but I came in for a pedicure and dip powder manicure on 5/8/24. As usual, I was really pleased with the service until I got home. The nails started cracking instantly on one hand. Due to my schedule and Mother’s Day, I wasn’t able to make it into the salon for a repair until Tuesday but still within the 7 day guarantee. The guy that fixed my nails was extremely nice but he said the previous nail technician did not let the dip dry/ harden long enough. I was only able to get one hand repaired (my other hand was fine). The technician suggested I get acrylics added to match the length on my other hand (dip only) since I had to file my nails to keep them from getting snagged on things before I could get in for repair. Well now my other hand is now cracking from the bottom up and it’s past the 7day guarantee. I spent about $120 only for the nails to last a week when they should’ve lasted much longer. Sad to say I will not be returning. Initial review: I’ve been here numerous times and have never had a bad experience. I’ve had my nails and toes done by multiple nail techs and they have all done exactly what I’ve asked for (designs included). Everyone is always very friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.

Love this place! It’s a great environment with skilled and friendly staff. Updating this review, since it’s been a while. I stand by my 5 star review and recommendation of the salon. The service, the people, and not to mention a free drink - is amazing. Kyle, Jenni, Brandon, and Kelly have all taken such good care of me. I wouldn’t go to another salon in Blue Springs. This place is the best!

I've never had my nails done quite right but these artists always leave me satisfied. I am a repeat customer and have tried other nail shops in town. ME Nail Bar is by far the best! They are always happy to provide you with customized service and nails. They've mixed colors for me to achieve something they might not have exactly. If you have a vision they can make it a reality. Come see their team. Everyone is very nice and communicative!
