I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and I can confidently say this is the best nail salon I have ever been to. I first met Tiffany back when she was in Great Falls, and finding her again felt like winning the lottery. Her talent has always been incredible, but she somehow continues to outdo herself every single visit. My most recent set was absolutely over-the-top remarkable—truly better than the pictures I brought in. The detail, the precision, and the creativity were unreal. But what makes this place even more special is that it’s not just Tiffany—every single person in this shop is talented, caring, and wonderful. The entire staff creates such a warm, welcoming environment that you feel taken care of the moment you walk in. They work as a team, they support each other, and it genuinely shows in the quality and experience you receive. I always leave with nails that exceed my expectations and a mood that’s lifted just by being here. I get nonstop compliments, and I always tell people the same thing: if you want the best, this is where you go. I’m so grateful I’ve found a salon—and a team—that is consistently exceptional. I’ll be coming here as long as they’ll have me! 💅✨

I have always had a good experience here. I feel like they do rush the pedicures a bit when they are busy though which is disappointing when you pay as much as you do. But they have always been very timely and done a beautiful job with my nails. Excuse the grow out on some of thr photos... we are just living for the looks.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I left this appointment feeling frustrated and honestly kind of ripped off. I paid $96 for a Gel X set, which just feels outrageous for what I walked out with. The nails are uneven in length/inconsistent shape, my pinky is crooked, and there’s product built up in the sidewalls that’s super uncomfortable. There’s also a chunky spot on my thumb I asked to have filed out at the end, and instead I was told it was because I kept the length of my natural nails — but I was referring to one glob of product in my thumb. Which is still there. Pricing-wise, I felt pretty blindsided. The website lists a Gel X set starting at $66. The additional price for designs wasn’t actually mentioned at all during the appointment, but online it states nail art is $6+, but it doesn’t say that’s per nail. If I had known I’d be getting charged $6 per nail for the simple designs I got, I wouldn’t have moved forward. This should be relayed to the customer during the appointment. They only list a price for “removal only,” so I have no idea what I was charged for that. I asked for a receipt upon leaving hoping for some clarification, but all it said was “nails service” with no breakdown — which is frustrating as it feels like the pricing was just made up on the spot. On top of that, there was a polish issue mid-appointment where she had to switch colors for the designs, but instead of redoing the first few nails to match, I ended up with two different shades. Not the end of the world, but again, for almost $100, I expected my nails to look at least somewhat cohesive. As someone who works in the beauty industry, I’m very familiar with what other providers charge, and I wouldn’t say this is standard pricing for the kind of set I got. I’ve had similar (& more detailed sets) done elsewhere and never paid anywhere near this much. I’ve asked around since the appointment this morning, and everyone I’ve talked to agrees that the price feels excessive for what I received. Well, I fully acknowledge I should have said something while I was there, I was just honestly shocked by the price and wanted to leave. It just feels like I got nickel and dimed and now I’ll have to go home and fix things myself or pay someone else to fix them.
