......another Update: I keep coming back because they are so wonderful. I can't say enough good things. They'll always have my business. Beautiful job for me and my girls......this post was 6 weeks ago...... update: I absolutely love this salon. They are always so patient with me and my daughter. I came to them today a day before my wedding and yet still beautiful job! Got my first spa pedicure and WOW!! AMAZING!! I will keep coming back

I've been to almost every nail salon in the Belton/Raymore area, but just have not been happy with one thing or another. I went to Regal yesterday and I am very happy with everything across the board! Price, professionalism and technique, Ben did my nails. They greeted all of their customers by first name, which told me that the customer must be happy for them to keep coming back. FYI: Walmart kicked them out, they are moving to Lee summit... so if you're a customer you may want to inquire within.

My daughter wanted ocean waves on her nails for her trip, and we were very pleased!! This was out first visit chosen for great reviews. I almost gave 4 stars because it's in Walmart (we don't like going in WM and if I had known I probably would have kept looking) but it's convenient, and the girl did a fantastic job! 😁👍 Sorry I missed your name!! First off, the workers are very nice and polite. The place seems clean, no issues there. The only issue is this was the 2nd time I’ve gotten a gel manicure there. The first time was over a year ago. Unfortunately at that time it only lasted a few days. I’ve had them last over 2weeks before from another place so this was surprising. This second time here a few days ago and literally it’s the next day and half my nails have peeled off. It looked so nice at first but it makes me sad because It looks terrible and I feel I’ve wasted my money. :(

I have done my own nails for about 2 years now. I am absolutely not a professional. I go to a salon every 2 months for a pedicure and maybe 2 x a year I have my nail powder taken off. This was my first visit to this location. My husband called a week in advance and made an appointment for today at 4 pm. He told them it would be 2 pedicures and a nail removal. When I got in the pedicure chair I asked the tech of I can soak my nails while doing the pedicure. She started complaining about how much work it was going to be and that I should not do my own nails. I simply said this is why I made the appointment and I understand there is a charge for them. She started lecturing me that since I pay for something doesnt mean it wont be a lot of work for them. I then said if it's too much trouble then just simply say you dont want to do them. She then went on and said she wasnt saying that and went on to how bad my nails looked lol. I got up and left. They will not get my service! I tip well because I understand since I do my own nails with dip powder they are a little thicker than professionally done nails. But I will not allow you to badger me while this is supposed to be a relaxing moment. I will add they were the cleanest regal nails I've ever been too. They just need to work on their customer service. The picture shows my nails are not as bad as she was acting like.
