I came here for the first time today and had such a good experience! They were so friendly and she did amazing on my nails. Probably my favorite set i’ve ever got.

I had my first visit to this salon and it was amazing. Steven and Tina gave me a wonderful fill, reshaping, and beautiful fall chrome color. I will be back. They were so friendly and smiling 😃. I was a walk-in on 11-27-2024 @ 1030am. I left at 12:15 and bought their exfoliating product too. Nails were $50 and the product was $20. Thank so much Valley Park Nail Salon. Looking forward to seeing you all again.

The nails did not turn out well. I asked her to please make them more pointy, and she didn’t file the sides of the nail. Rather the tip…. Each nail is a different length and there is no shape. The top coat was not filed down even and very lumpy.

This was my reference picture and my final results. I paid full price and waited 2 1/2 hours just to need my nails redone. The lady was very pushy about leaving a review, I don’t recommend coming here. I could’ve done my own nails. I was very disappointed, considering it wasted my evening, my time, and my money.

As a new customer and reading the reviews I was excited to try this place for a new salon, granted I was a walk in and originally said manicure with changing the shape and tips of my nails. I didn’t feel heard at all. I showed what I wanted minimally 5xs: After sitting down and saying repeatedly yes I wanted a manicure but I needed to change my tips, shape and color. I showed the picture that explained acrylic tips to add on. I kept getting okay and that they would be able to do what I wanted. I had to stop them half way through the process to leave with nails misshapen and my natural nails cut down way to short: my hands are raw and rough from her rubbing my hands with lotion but not removing the debris from her gloves. I was sat and the male who was in the salon started the process of soaking off my color/current acrylic tips. He asked me what I wanted and I showed him a picture stating I want this design with these tips and he his length. He said okay and said something along the lines of “ she does the nails, I’m helping.” I showed him the picture I wanted 2 times. She came over and asked if wanted my nails cut, again I said yes, they’re too long. BUT I have a design, I want to change the shape and length with tips. I showed her the picture minimally 3x and we even talked about me wanting almond shaped tips. All she and her partner kept asking me was what color. I was charged full price, I had to argue to get the advertised discount for new customers, no other explanation or apology than next time to say what I wanted. I don’t know how else I could have been clearer to request what I wanted. Why would I come back when you didn’t listen the first time? I am very frustrated and aggravated with the customer service I received. No attempt to correct the miscommunication on their end. I repeatedly showed images and made clear that I need acrylic tips put on. Being short staffed is no excuse to not listen to what your customers want. Now I have to go another salon and pay again to have someone do what I wanted. I am never the type to write a review or leave a comment. Severely disappointed in Valley Park Nails & Spa.
