K & J Nails

Booked my appointment for a pedicure and manicure. They kept my appointment time. My pedicure was fabulous... They offer multiple different levels of pedicures with transparent pricing and benefits. The stylist, Lisa, who did my nails was efficient and paid great attention to detail. She took great care to make sure I liked the way she was doing my nails. They have two large screen TVs with relaxing themes on display. The pedicure chairs are very modern, clean, and work great. They have tons of polish choices (regular polish, gel, dip) and more colors then you could ever imagine. They are all well organized too. Pricing was reasonable. Staff were friendly and had great customer service. I will go back for sure!

This was my first time here. The person doing my manicure was fantastic. They were verifying along the way that they were doing what I asked for. They were meticulous, making sure my nails were cut and filed evenly (not something other places have done for me) and verified that I liked the color after seeing it on a couple of nails. The soft music and the hand and arm message at the end made me so relaxed. I will be back. Anyone reading this review, stop in and check them out.

This was my first time trying out this salon. I was able to have services completed as a walk-in which is nice. The atmosphere is calm & relaxing. However, the devastating part came 4 days after leaving I had one nail chip and I hadn’t done anything unusual and my vacation had just begun. The next day polish was chipping off a separate finger. Now barely 10 days later 5 total nails are broken/damaged. I have used dip powder at various salons before and at minimum the paint & service last 2-3 weeks. Additionally, the gel polish that I received on my pedicure has also chipped within less than 7 days. Even with vacationing, and normal day to day duties I haven’t had this happen at any other salon. I am throughly disappointed that the services that I received didn’t even last 1 full week.

I was visiting St. Louis from Chicago and decided to check out this salon and I’m so glad I did! The atmosphere was lovely and the staff gave great recommendations. Lisa was absolutely amazing! She really understood what I wanted and made it happen beautifully. I’ll definitely be returning whenever I’m in town. Highly recommended!

Best nail salon ever. I will always come back to this one. Truly great people who own it too. Every single set I’ve had here I’ve been obsessed with. It’s also very clean. Tons of colors. Just the perfect place.
