I cannot recommend Amara Salon enough! Karrigan, Katie Jo, and the twins were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They did both hair and makeup for me and my entire bridal party, as well as my rehearsal dinner, and every single look was stunning. Everyone felt so beautiful, and everything lasted perfectly all day and night (even through hours of dancing!). Beyond their incredible talent, they brought such a calming, joyful energy to the morning. They were organized, fun, and made the entire getting-ready experience so special. They even joined in singing along to our playlist and chatting with us like old friends! Karrigan and Katie Jo went above and beyond — giving me the sweetest advice and reminding me to soak in every moment of the day. The four of them truly helped set the tone for one of the best days of my life! I’m so grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and artistry. If you’re looking for a dream team for your wedding day, Amara Salon is it! 💕

These ladies are so amazing! They did my daughter wedding and wedding parties’ hair and makeup. I could have asked for a better group of professionals to give amazing service for our day. I had been looking for a salon in Oxford since I’m 7 hours away from home and after trial and error I made an appointment at Amara. Karrigan got my color and cut perfectly and I genuinely had the best experience for not an insane price. I highly recommend!!

I cannot recommend Karrigan enough! She did my hair for my wedding along with our wedding party of 5 and it was absolutely perfect. She was professional, kind, and really took the time to understand the exact look we were going for. My hair stayed flawless from the first photo to the last dance, and I felt so confident and beautiful the entire day. She were also so calming and fun to be around during the getting-ready process—such an important energy to have on a wedding morning!

Katie Jo is the best! She has great availability and always works with my busy work schedule! Every time I get my hair done it feels like my personal self care time and I always LOVE the results. She always puts my vision into reality.
