NAILOLOGY SALON AND SPA

Waste of time and money. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. I was happy to see so many differed polish options and went with something a little bit different than I normally would. The nail color that I picked out had an extra charge of $20, printed at the base of the color samples, to which I agreed when the nail technician pointed it out. However, when I went to pay, they charged me $35 extra instead of the $20 that was printed on the color sample. My manicure and pedicure took almost 3 hours. The nail technician didn’t know how to apply the magnetic color to my nails and needed help from the worker next to him. He also messed up the nail polish on my ring finger but instead of re-doing it, he put another coat on top, and you can clearly see a mark across the nail. When asked about the extra cost at checkout, they were not helpful. We all made mistakes, but customer service is key, and it was lacking at Nailology. Now, less than a week later, the dip/magnetic polish combo is completely peeling from my nails. I get my nails done regularly and have never had this issue before. I was excited to find a place nearby with cool color options, but with dishonest pricing and cheap materials that peel off so quickly, I can’t help but be disappointed.

I'm Done!!!I’ve been going to this salon for most of the year. While it’s a bit pricier than my last one, my nails usually lasted 2–3 weeks, so I didn’t mind. However, the results have always been inconsistent — even with the same nail tech. I recently went in for a simple soak-off and pedicure, and it was by far my worst experience. The tech drilled directly on my natural nails multiple times, leaving visible damage, and still didn’t fully remove the product. When I pointed it out, she checked me out anyway, and I had to tell the front desk. The front desk associate suggested having her fix it but I refused to let her do any more work on me. They offered $5 off, but my nails are now definitely damaged, and my pedicure still has leftover polish that she pained the clear coat over. Yes I expect damage on my nails after wearing gel x, but I shouldn't see small lines all across my nails due to over drilling. I even asked her to re soak my nails again instead of drilling it off but she ignored me. Extremely disappointing — I won’t be returning. I've given so many chances to be disappointed. Had my nails done with shellac for Christmas. It lasted 2 days. Started peeling off. $50 dollars wasted. Employees are wonderful and friendly. Nailology redressed this situation and made it right. I am really impressed with their business. Customer service is excellent and I really appreciate how they addresed it and so soon. I really recommend this salon. They care about their customers.. Let's give them an A+

I got a gel pedicure here for the second time!! Always such a calming and enjoyable experience!! And they do such a great job! Thank you for consistent great experience!

Zaadia was exceptional!!!!! Very professional and highly knowledgeable when it’s come to nail care!!! She did not disappoint!! I definitely will be back just for her! Her hand and eye is SICKENING!! Just take a look for yourself!!
