Shades of Nails & Spa

Update: The owner personally reached out and offered to make things right. They reassured me that all the lights were checked and even discarded some top coats that could have caused the issue. I decided to give it another try and got a fresh set of dip nails. Now, two weeks later, they’re still shiny and look fantastic! Everyone makes mistakes, but what truly matters is how a business handles them—and this salon absolutely delivered. Their customer service has earned my return. Second picture is of my nails today. I’ve been twice for a pedicure with gel and a manicure with dip. The service has been great both times but whatever top coat they use doesn’t last. By day two it starts to flake off from the tips and leaves a dull appearance. It’s just a lot to spend to have nails that only look nice for a day. This has happened both visits.

i’ve been to this salon quite a few times and never had a bad experience. i went yesterday and got a full set with pink gel and the gel had a weird reaction and started becoming splotchy and changing colors, but i went back today and they promptly fixed it. the receptionist helped me pick a different brand of the same color and the same man who did my nails the day before fixed it. the staff is always polite and helpful. best nail salon ive been to and worth the 40 min drive!!

My first time to this salon and I had a wonderful experience! I called ahead to see if I needed an appointment for that day and she told me to just come on down. When I arrived I was greeted and asked to sign in, she confirmed what service I was wanting and told me to go ahead and pick out my polish colors. I was then directed to the waiting area until a chair was ready, and asked if I would like a drink from the menu.This salon did a wonderful job of making sure I always felt seen and after a time I was moved over to the chair while I waited on a nail tech. Mike did an awesome job with my acrylic set and Lilly made sure my nail art was perfect! I felt very welcomed and will definitely return!

***Edited to add that Raymond called me and apologized for the extra cost not being revealed to me ahead of time and rectified the situation, I was very impressed by that! I was happy with the service provided but the price was outrageous. I paid $96 for a $46 pedicure because they had to take 30 seconds to take off existing gel polish and charged $25 extra and then they suggested a metallic color to me that I went with and charged $25 extra for that without telling me it was any extra. $80 for a set of nails that were French tip. Mai does give a very good pedicure.

We celebrated a 40th Birthday for a friend! The salon is beautiful. The team is attentive, fun and professional. We booked the VIP room which was very luxurious with a fireplace, chandelier and personal TV. We enjoyed pedicures, a rom com, and fabulous drinks & snacks. Thanks for the amazing experience. We will be back soon!
