Elon Nails & Spa 2 (Best Nail Salon in Marietta)

My boyfriend never had a pedicure before so I dragged him with me, and he had a great first experience. You should take care of your feet, especially when you work hard. We both got the deluxe pedicure and I got gel polish. Prices are good (see photos), staff are friendly, and the salon is very nicely decorated and clean. I asked for a Tiffany Blue on my nails and the man who did mine found the perfect color. 10/10 would recommend!

I can't say enough good things about Alex! He's been doing my nails for some of the most important events in my life, and his work always gives me the confidence boost I need. I don't have pictures of all the sets he's done, but trust me, they're all amazing!

I've been there 3 times now. I had the same person 2 times and this last visit was a different person ( Steven ). He was very nice. Did what I asked even asked if I wanted nail art done. I will def be asking for him to do my nails everytime. We talked while he was doing them. So I would recommend this place to everyone!

The WORST nails I’ve ever had. I would NOT recommend going here to get a manicure. I had been in once before and received a decent pedicure and had my eyebrows waxed. I will say it was my first pedicure so I had nothing to compare it to, but alas, I had no complaints. I came in this past Sunday with my mom to get our nails done. The gentleman that did her nails did a great job. The young man who did my nails however, did a horrible job. I had requested medium/long nails but the nails I left with were very short. The nails are crooked and go in all different directions. The worst of it all? He put nail extensions on my nails that were *much* too small for my nails. When I inquired about this, he said they were “not done”. When I inquired again at the end, his solution was to FILE AWAY the portion of my nails that were exposed!! Just completely file away a whole portion of my nailbed! Not only is this terrible nail etiquette, it was painful and is probably going to cause me to have ingrown fingernails when they start to grow out. When I realized what he was doing I pulled my nails back and didn’t let him touch the rest of them again. I went up front and was told I was being charged $71 for this disaster. Let me be clear on two things: -I have no issue paying for beautiful nails and always ALWAYS tip well, even if I see flaws. I’m not expecting perfection and respect the art. I still gave the young man a good tip, even though I was appalled at the state of my nails. -I’m non-confrontational by nature. Something has to be bad for me to complain about it. This was bad. When I expressed my disappointment in the botched nails I received, the young lady asked to see them. I showed her my nails, pointing out several spots where you can clearly see my nail bed is still exposed. She told me that it “was build up”. I explained to her that he had filed away my nail bed on a couple others! She just stared at me. I said I couldn’t believe I was going to spend so much when I am so unhappy. Again, she just looked at me. No offer to have someone else fix my nails, nothing. At this point I was almost in tears. I said “I’ll pay but I can’t believe this.” My complaint isn’t about the price. It never was. My issue was with the absolute HACK JOB I received, being gaslit as if this was quality work and basically “waiting me out” until I finally stuck my card in the reader out of frustration. These people don’t care about customer satisfaction or doing good, honest work. They just want your money. Do not go here!! Go anywhere else.
