LUSH NAIL BAR - MACON

Not good at all. I received a pedicure and manicure. The technician did not remove the cuticles properly and did not polish well. But the main kicker is with my left big toe. I had acrylic put on bc that toe nail grows fairly short. She added the acrylic but its thick as Texas Toast, looks terrible. And when I asked her about it, her response, "It thick so it will last longer" B/S! It awful. Yes. I should've changed technicians when I saw her bc she's done my feet once and that was over a year ago and I wasn't satisfied. I wish I could post a picture. Next time I will speak up and just ask for someone else bc that money went down the drain. Im so disgusted that I left there with a banging headache! Part 2: Now after all my frustration, I decided to come back to Lush Bar. I can truly say the problem was corrected. I'm truly a happy camper! Thanks Harry! Part 3: So, this time I made an appointment with Mary but I was running late and took the next available (Henry. He finished in 17 minutes flat! There were several things he didn't do or take thevtime to do. Bc my heels still feel rough and the cuticle areas of my big toe look as if it has not been touched. Now, I'm not the one to complain BUT if I'm paying for a service, do it right, professionally and correctly. Even though he had to fill in my big toe with a very small amount of acrylic that was tacky. I'm sorry, I'm done with Lush Nail Bar. Several ppl have great things to say but they just can't seem to get it right with me. More photos below.

I made an appointment with Lynn based off of her rave reviews online and boy did she not disappoint. From the moment I walked in she was so nice and polite and efficient! I gave her a very detailed design photo and also gave her some creative license because my photo didn’t have a photo of the thumbs in it and she absolutely blew me away. She was so fast and detailed! I am beyond excited about my nails and can’t wait to come back and see her again. I had a pedicure as well which was phenomenal, overall great experience at this salon and will be recommending it to everyone and anyone!

Soon as I walked in I was immediately seated. Jason did my toes and did absolutely GREAT & was very QUICK as well. He also made sure to keep checking on me. Very sweet, professional quick man.

MY NAIL TECH WAS ANTHONY. I came in for a simple full set and left with nails that looked like they were done in a rush by someone with no attention to detail. The polish was streaky, uneven, and didn’t even fully cover the nail near the cuticles. They looked bulky, lumpy, and overall messy — definitely not worth what I paid. I went back hoping they’d fix it, but all they did was change the polish color. That’s it. No reshaping, no smoothing, no real correction — and they still had an attitude like I was bothering them. The customer service was just as bad as the nails themselves. 🤮

What I got versus what I asked for done by David. Not worth the 170. I won’t be back to this salon. 3 times was my limit to test out a new place before switching. The last time my fingers were cut up and bleeding real bad due to rushing and not paying attention by Ashley. To busy talking and looking around. First time I went I saw Peter. He was good. I should’ve kept going to him but my last two experiences ruined it for me.
