Queen Nails

I have been here so many times to get a pedicure and spent a lot of money and today, I had a terrible experience with Giano (I think that’s her name). I chose a $75 pedicure and the entire time, she was on her phone texting, ordering a delivery from Outback, went and got her delivery from Outback (while I sat there), was very rude and asked questions very hatefully. When I chose the color I wanted, she even told me that that particular color was popular for the Christmas season and did I want another color bc they were running low. When she put my feet in the wax bag, she didn’t even take the time to the wax to go around my foot. She just harshly put them in the bag and left. All the wax was at the back, not even on my foot. She asked me what pedicure I wanted in the beginning and I asked to see the menu and she acted like she got frustrated with me bc I wanted to see the pedicure menu to see if I wanted something different that last time. I hope no one else has to experience this as a customer with paying this kind of money. She does not need to work this with this attitude. For $75 pedicure, she didn’t even work on my feet no more than a $35 pedicure. I told the manager at check out about her being rude. The last time I was there, I had a gentleman that was great but this worker is ruining it for the company due to her attitude with customers.

I've been going to Queen Nails for about 2 months and I've used Jackson and Nicole they've been really great. My gel polish stay on for about 3 weeks. That's one of my issues is my gel polish not staying on my natural nails woth other salons. Hopefully if I have to use anyone else they are just as good as they are. Hats off to Nicole and Jackson for doing a great job. I will be there Dec 20 getting ready for Christmas. My sister Connie has been going to this place for over a year. I was amazed at how many techs were there.

I love getting my nails done here. I'm usually pleased after leaving. Shout out to Kevin, you are AMAZING!

I’m always greeted nicely and my requested service begin as soon as I enter. Everyone works fast, accurate and prompt. I’m always asked if I like the completed work and it’s always a YES 👍🏼. I recommend this nail salon. It’s definitely my favorite go to spot.

I love my nails, although I did not get exactly what I asked for. Part of the reason may have been that there were so many technicians hovering over the guy doing my nails. I have also never in 27 years paid what I paid today to get my nails done. I am not sure I’ll be back. I may just continue to do my own nails like I have been doing. This was just a mother and daughter day so I figured it would be nice. Was also referred.
