Aa Nails Spa (Le Le Nails new location)

I DO NOT USUALLY give bad reviews BUT.... This place was a DISGRACE to me and my friend! (My boss at that) SO... just a little about the situation I encountered here at this place! I asked for a "simple" ombre white & pink with a "simple" small flower design FOR MY WEDDING keep in mind!! (This was Saturday September 20th 2025) My wedding is MONDAY September 22nd!! My boss had beat me there (I wasn't wanting to go there i was wanting to go to ANOTHER location) but she insisted and was already there so I went! When I walked in it was a simple hello how are you what services do you need/want!? So I explained & showed pictures of exactly 💯 % what i wanted! Well it took about 20mins and they was calling me to a chair stating the man was ready for me! I was like ok that was a ok waiting time... Showed this YOUNG guy what i wanted and he seemed to not know how to do it but proceeded to do it anyway! At first I was ok... THEN my nails started burning as he was "sanding" the heck out of them with the file and the electrical one they have.. I was like ok maybe this was "normal" then he proceeded to put nail tips on... THEY started burning also ... I didn't say much kept letting him work... Well... just let me say A MISERABLE MISTAKE! SO... My nail tips was placed on and I told him what size and shape I wanted... said he couldn't go any shorter then what he had them because they wouldn't do the correct way with what I wanted so I agreed... well after ALL said and done when the tips got glued on the nails got filed down and dried my pinky finger was SIDEWAYS... So after i asked him how long he'd been doing his job and he literally told me "NOT THAT LONG"....So I told him and he seemed frustrated at me for NO REASON at all... I was already drunk and sick at this point from the STRONG smell and a fan blowing directly in mine and my bosses face! (UNCALLED FOR) ... SO I kept the process going and got to the part where the colors collapsed togather (WAS NOT OMBRE AT ALL) so again I informed him.... he said it was supposed to be like that... so here we are I'm already upset 😡 (I DO NOT GET MY NAILS DONE MUCH AT ALL) SO.. we finally finished with the colors and drying then he proceeded to ask me for the design on my phone again so... I showed him(he took a picture on his phone) while talking their language to the other worker he proceeded to tell me HE COULDN'T DO IT or what else I would like to get didn't even say he couldn't do it... LIKE I ASKED YOU FOR A DESIGN if you couldn't of done it you should've said that!! So... I proceeded to give him an "EASIER " flower task... he drew or "dropped" i would say some white paint on my nail... & literally ignored the fact that I asked for the blue in the "EASIER " flower just to make it look a bit better then it already looked (AS IF MY KID DID MY NAILS) so when I was fine I polity told him I DID NOT LIKE THEM AND THAT I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THEM! He ignored that... Took me to check out and I paid $60 freaking dollars +$10 tip just out of the kindness of my heart!!! I went to my car and tried to gather myself after telling my boss good bye and she done left... I CRIED FOR HOURRRSSS!!! MY HEART IS SHATTERED 💔 😢 or was!! THEY SHOULD GIVE MY MONEY BACK OR DO A SET FOR FREE (if I could trust them EVER again) So I talked to multiple of my friends and my fiance.... My friends were PISSED OFF 😤 at the fact I'd been treated the way I have knowing I had a wedding within the next couple days!! Just know that I literally went RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD paid yet ANOTHER $120 to get my nails the way I wanted and for them to FIX this places mess up! YOU'LL REALLY NEED TO DO BETTER & TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY THEY WOULD DO YOU! IF GAVE A "FREE" CHANCE TO TRY AGAIN I MAY DELETE THIS BUT.... PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW THE YOUNG GUY THERE IS NOT TO GREAT!!! P.S. My nails were torn up to the skin the lady who fixed them said they was horrible and that what she had to do to fix them was going to hurt just a bit because how bad he hurt my nail beds and side skin in my nails one was still bleeding when I got to place to fix

Went to this location to try after directed by a sign I read at another location directed me. I had a pedicure and complete nail set done. The location is beautiful, spacious and has many chairs for both. Although I was a walk in I had only about a minute wait for my pedicure water. I was offered a beverage as I sat in the massage chair. The place is very clean and well managed. The two ladies that did my nails were very sweet and helpful. The foot massage was so appreciated! My nails look holidays ready and yes I would definitely go again. Recommend trying the jelly pedicure. Feet feel so much better!

Daniel was wonderful. He did an amazing job and not once did it hurt. I’ve had my nails done elsewhere and it seemed as if they would file too hard at the skin and bleed. He was gentle.

The staff at AA nails Spa are very friendly. The nail spa is beautiful, relaxing, and affordable. Aa nails spa work fast and deliver great quality services.

Asked for Pink French tips .. fingers were burning so bad, didn't get to wash hands, lack of customer service.
