Edit to say: I went back and Mercedes fixed them no questions asked! She knew they didn’t look good & made sure I was happy with them. If I go back, it will only be to her. She’s so kind! I’ve gotten a pedicure here before and it was fine. Everyone is very sweet. But I went to get an acrylic set done & it was not a great experience. I think whoever was doing my nails was still in training. As you can see in the pictures, the nail wasn’t fully glued down, the nails are crooked, the polish is splotchy & they look grown out on some fingers. I just got them done today. I had very high hopes, but it’s sad to leave with nails that even your husband can tell weren’t done well.

WHATEVER YOU DO DONT GO HERE !!!!! they cut me three times..I left out of there CRYING because of the pain I was in. My blood was all over their nail filer to where they had to throw it out to get a new one , it was also All over the rag. And they could not give me a refund for nothing, all they could offer was a 10% discount. My feet still has dead skin along with the calluses even tho I got a pedicure. I was in the chair for over an hour. They left dry nail glue all over my nails . I will NEVER recommend this place to absolutely anybody. Their customer service was horrible, there was a young boy who came in extremely agitated throwing chairs around calling it stupid aand everything else and he was an employee not a regular citizen. I really wish I gotten a picture of the nail filer .

This was absolutely the greatest nail spa experience I’ve ever had. I heard they were good so my wife and I traveled almost 2 hours to see if the rumors were true. Not at all disappointed! We had so many wonderful fragrances to choose from for our pedicure. The staff does great work and are extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend coming here. Really high class experience. It’s worth the money and I will definitely be back.

My experience with Mrs. Bee, was phenomenal!!! Welcoming, lively, and beautiful as you can see from my nails. If you want quality work. This is where you need to go!!

I walked in to this place today to get a Mani/Pedi. There were two people getting their nails done and no one greeted me. I should have walked out right then. I asked for these services and I brought my own polish, I'm not new to getting my nails done. The woman who was doing pedicure, put the water on, and I put my feet in, it hadn't even been 5 minutes before she began to "work". I gave her a chance, but it barely felt like she did anything to me. She clipped my nails crooked and barely passed the cuticle nippers over a few nails and kept scraping the top of my nails with the metal cuticle pusher. After I saw how she did my left foot I asked for her to stop. I was getting a deluxe pedicure and nothing about this was feeling like it was going to be a quality experience. I explained to someone else that I didn't want to make a big deal, but I felt like I was wasting my time and money, and wasn't happy with the job she was doing. They asked for a chance to let someone else try to rectify the experience. I allowed another woman to try and I could tell that she wasn't going to be able to do much better. At this point I knew that I be disappointed. My manicure took less than 30 minutes to do , I've never seen this anywhere else I've been in the area.The reviews said this place was 4.8 but I'm convinced that can't be possible. I've been getting my nails done for a long time and I can say this is one of the bottom experiences. I literally just got them done and it looks like it's been a week. I paid for something I know I could've done at home for $90 less. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because they were nice.
