I love this salon! My stylist, Jamie, is not only amazing at what she does, but she’s also so kind and encouraging at every appointment! She’s been doing my hair for over 2 years and has never let me down! I have a super busy schedule, and she is super flexible and understanding about that. She always makes all of my hair dreams come true and spreads such joy throughout the whole experience. I look forward to going to visit with her and all of the other amazing employees at The Vault whenever I get my hair done!

The Vault Salon is hands down the BEST! I’ve gotten cut, color, and styling from Courtney (she’s even done blonde, brown, and pink for me—all of which slayed!) and I’ve also seen firsthand on others how talented she is with extensions. She’s amazing at explaining everything clearly, asking the right questions, and making sure you feel totally comfortable—whether you wanna yap the whole time or have a chill, quiet appointment with your AirPods in. Holly has done both pink and brown color for me too, which I loved—plus she is an absolute master at blowouts! Jaime cut my bangs once and they were literally perfect. All of the girls here are so down to earth and genuinely talented. The salon is as good as it is because of the team Christe has built—she’s done such a great job bringing in people who are talented, down to earth, and genuinely care about their clients. It’s such a fun and welcoming vibe every time I come in. I highly recommend absolutely everyone from The Vault!🤍

I can’t say enough great things about Courtney! She’s incredibly skilled with cuts, color, styling. From the moment you get in her chair, she makes you feel completely comfortable and truly listens to what you want. Courtney is so warm and personable, she’s easy to talk to and makes the entire experience relaxing and fun! I always leave the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and get tons of compliments on my hair. I have been coming to Courtney for YEARS now🤩 She is one of the few stylists here and is phenomenal! She is so accommodating to my crazy busy schedule! She listens to what I want and is always down for a color and more extensions! Even when the power goes out the show must go on😂 The dedication is unreal and the knowledge of curly hair is 🔥 The woman is a miracle worker🥳 I will never ever go anywhere else!! I adore this place! Everyone is so welcoming, the customer service is out of this world, the owner truly takes the time to sit down and talk to everyone in the shop.
