Went to get my nails cut back and painted (fall orange), and got nails that were too short, oddly shaped, and the wrong color (green because they couldn't find the color for the number I picked). I had to argue about the service I wanted as well. I WOULD DRIVE 100 MILES TO SOMEWHERE ELSE BEFORE I GO BACK!!!

Y'all skin folks need to STOP patronizing these kinds of establishments. AS I TYPE. My pinky finger is throbbing. This place is a mess and the good reviews are from people who probably haven't experienced better outside of the delta. Not only did she PURPOSELY over charged me I got GEL TOE POLISH, FILL IN & nail replacement NO POLISH $83 just so they could do my pinky nail UGLY big and akward. I am not a rude person so I tried to be calm. HE WAS SO SLOW, AND I decided to not let him paint my nails. I asked him not to file my nails to alter the shape they were already in. He proceeded anyway after me saying no several times I took my hand back. He successfully messed up my sharp by filing the sides. I was trying to be nice and patient because I am a hairstylist and I believe in karma but they were pushing it.They were rude to other customers. I have a 👩🏾‍🦱 nail tech in Jackson but at the last minute I had to go to the salon. My toe nail crooked and my nail that they replaced shaped so ugly. He was filing so hard until hours later my pinky nail is sore & I already have carpal tunnel issues.

The work was satisfactory for me, the wait time wasn't so bad either. But here is where I get my nails and feet done when I don't go to Olive Branch to get them done.

The lady who has the drawn on eyebrows & tattoo on her bicep needs to just quit. Unprofessional, doesn’t look or act like she knows what she’s doing, argued with another customer while we were here. NEVER coming back. Everyone else was nice and professional but yall need to fire her!
