But what truly made my experience outstanding was Tram and her staff. I originally had my nails done by someone else and was not 100% happy — they just weren’t what I asked for and didn’t feel like “me.” I called the salon, and Tram not only listened to my concerns with kindness and professionalism, but she immediately made it her mission to make things right. When I came in, she took the time to fully understand what I wanted and went above and beyond to correct everything. Her attention to detail, skill, and care were next level. She made sure I left feeling happy, confident, and completely in love with my nails. And let me tell you — they came out perfect. I visited Soles Nail Bar today and had a fantastic experience! The selection of nail colors was impressive, making it easy to find the perfect shade. The staff was highly knowledgeable about different nail types, which gave me confidence in their recommendations. I opted for Gel X nails, and my nail tech Tram was amazing! She perfectly fulfilled my requests for nail length and shape, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I can’t wait to return and try out those luxurious pedicure chairs.
