Platinum Nail & Spa

Brought my mom here to get her birthday nails done. Called and made an appointment and asked if we could get seated next to each other and they said yes. We did get seated next to each other but they didn’t start working on my mom’s nails until mine were almost finished. I got seated with an older lady who was rude, did my nails subpar and she ended up cutting my finger and left a bunch of dip that hardened under the light all over the sides of my fingers. She kept making rude comments, probably thinking she was being funny. When they finished with my nails I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and it smelled dirty and of urine. When I walked out, I told my mom I’d wait for her up front since they had a waiting area. The lady made a big scene and essentially forced me to sit behind my mom. Later on another lady came and sat next to me almost like she was watching what I was doing because I don’t think that was her actual work area. It felt like they were trying to make sure I didn’t leave without paying, which offends me greatly because that’s something I would never do. Would not recommend this place and definitely not the older lady with a gold necklace that has a jade pendant. Very rude.

Went here for the first time today. Loved the atmosphere. It was so relaxing and just what I needed on my Friday after a long work week. Mimi did my dip manicure, she is a sweetie and has a great sense of humor. Lisa did my pedicure, she took her time, helped me adjust my massage chair and pant legs that wouldn’t stay up! She made sure the water was the perfect temp the whole time. I don’t like when the water gets lukewarm or cold after a while! My nails and toes look beautiful, I felt pampered and nothing was rushed. I will be going back! Go book Mimi & Lisa.

friendly workers and nice place. over priced for gel x nails. i paid $75 for my gel x when the website says $55.

First time to this salon and we will not be returning. My daughter and I came in Sunday to get shellac pedicures. Even with having an appointment we waited 35 mins before they got started on us. We had only been home for a few hours before my daughter showed me all her colors came off her toes except 2 on each foot. She also had a dead fly floating around in her pedi water. I did call to tell them about my experience, hoping for a refund. I was declined a refund for my money but was offered to come in so they could fix her nails which I will not be doing. Very disappointing experience and a waste of money.

The color is supposed to stay two weeks. It come out in three days so this place is not worth it spending your money even though I live around the neighborhood I never been here. It is my first time and my last time it is very disappointing. I will never come back here or recommended to anybody I know . don’t waste your money on this place . I would like to Go to nail salon talk to the owner, but I am out of town so I cannot go there . Is the worst Pedicure and manicure
