Bellagio Nail and Spa

I have been a returning customer for nearly 2 years. I have never been disappointed. Quality people providing fantastic service. Recently the Gel X (cat eye) was recommended and I love the look. The color choices are beautiful. Dianna did a great job today doing a fill and adding a new gel X color. This is now my go to summer shimmer. I am looking forward to trying all the wonderful colors.

I’ve been here twice, once for a dip manicure and once for a pedicure. Neither service left me impressed. My dip manicure lasted 7 days, and my deluxe pedi with shellac was not relaxing- the pedicure area is cold, and the massage was something a child could do, up and down, with no technique. The massage chair is not very strong, I removed my coat and could barely feel anything on the strongest mode. I waned to give this place a fair shot, but after two different services I’m still on the look for a nail spa that is relaxing and provides quality service.

I have been there 3 times and twice with no issues. Both times with the guy was excellent. I had a female this time that blamed me for the wrong color even though I showed her my fingers and toes. My toes are fine from before. After me saying that it's not dark enough, she got upset and only put one coat of the darker on. The side of my fingers isn't even covered. There are bubbles, and It's on my skin. They look like I did them myself. I'm so upset I have a conference to go to tomorrow. Thank you, Belagio, for redoing my nails. They look great!! I appreciate the quick response!! I will be back!!

I’ve been coming here for over 8 months now. Love this place they treat you like your part of their family. My daughter granddaughter and other family members all come here too. I recommend them to everyone. Jenny does my nails she is the sweetest and so gentle.

First time visiting this establishment. My current nail tech is retiring and I am looking for a new one. Friends had gel x done and their nails looked good. I have acrylics. I can say my whole experience was impersonal. I told the receptionist what I needed and she tells me to pick a color. I obviously looked confused so she says there is a table back in the shop. I find where she was talking about when a woman comes up and hands me 2 books with the polish colors. And she indicates her station. There was a definite language “barrier” . This is a very personal service in my opinion so understanding each other is important. The tech was polite enough, maybe a little rough . She did seem to take care in applying my polish. But when I looked at my nails in the car the backs were not blended down, one in particular makes me want to take a file to it. So the search for a new nail tech is still on.
