Love this place!!! They offer you tea or water & cookies 🍪 😋 the massage chairs are AMAZING & the girls are so nice 😄

The ladies at Ann’s hair affair were less than helpful when I lost the gift card that my son purchased for me. I could not believe they had no record of a $75 card purchased a month prior. It felt like everyone in there was very rude and once I went home and found the gift card (after 2 hours of looking) there was no way I could spend time sitting in any of there chairs. So they won’t give us our money back, I have yet to speak with anyone in the area that has been happy with dealing with this salon.

Had a manicure with Shay. She stated that she had been doing nails for 24 yrs. I requested a shellac manicure. She made it fairly clear that she had little experience with the product. She spent very little time cleaning up the nails as far as the cuticles. Although the nails looked nice initially the polish was lifting after 6 days. She did offer to redo them but my nails were already damaged and weak. I’m really surprised that someone with all of this experience doesn’t keep up on her trade. Shellac is common nowadays in yet she was unable to do the basics. Either she’s limited in skill or just not interested in providing a great service

Loyal to Nancy- but everyone here is great. Friendly environment with reasonable prices. Can pay for services with a card- but must bring cash for gratuity.

Best place in West Branch. Everyone is friendly and fun. Warm cookies and beverages, great staff of beauticians, nail techs, and massage therapist, a nice selection of various items from hair care to make up, clothing, jewelry and more. I highly recommend Brittany.
