Family Nails and Spa

It was a nice experience! They were able to take 3 people with a reservation. They didn’t do the deluxe pedicure like I booked. I only found out if they did it or not at the register. It was a basic pedicure which is fine. It was a great price though, $35 per person before tax and tip. The ambiance of the place could have been better, maybe the tv on or some music, but it was good experience overall! There were massage chairs for the pedicure. They used the plastic bag in the pedicure bowl for cleanliness. Not sure if they sterilized the tools before use (they didn’t remove the tools from a sterile bag), but it looked like they had the machine to do so. So it was probably okay! I think they threw away the buffer and nail file after use so there is a bit of the sanitary aspect. The service workers wore gloves as well and a mask as well for cleanliness. Overall I’d come back again! Thank you!

After being forced to change nail salons after 5 years due to my tech leaving, then 2 bad sets of nails, I decided to try Family nails and couldn’t be happier. I told Mai (not sure of the spelling), my complaints from the last tech, she listened to my issues and did my nails just as I wanted them done. They look fantastic and feel so much better than they have for the last month.

Went here today for the first time and the staff was great! Very friendly, the space was very clean and my nails turned out great. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you!
