My hair was in desperate need of root coloring (gray), highlights were growing out, and I hadn’t had a cut in a year. She was so personable but clearly a master at her craft. She explained and walked through all the details of her vision, asked me follow up questions about my personal style, and excited everything within a great timeframe.
