Nail Envy Professional Nail Salon

Update- it has gotten even worse. Only 48 hours later and the nail polish on one of my daughter’s nails just fell off like it was a fake nail. She wasn’t playing with it or even touching it. She was just showering / washing her hair… Please do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere. I spent $200 here for nothing. No idea how I’m going to fix her nail when we have a wedding tomorrow… Got a mani/pedi there. Nails were messy/uneven when they were done, but had been there a long time and figured they were “good enough” so I paid and left. But then I got home (hours later) and the silver polish started oozing out along the sides of my nails. Was already annoyed with how long it took and didn’t want to go back, so I messaged owner and asked for a refund on just the portion of the mani that I’d have to get redone elsewhere. They replied they don’t offer refunds (even though they don’t have a policy stating such), but they would fix it if I wanted to come back in. I didn’t trust them and wanted to go somewhere else to fix it, but they still wouldn’t give me a refund. Do not go here- unprofessional and poor service. That silver was still oozing out over 18 hours later…

Bailey always does an amazing job on my nails

Place is basically nothing relaxing. Owner has her kids at the salon. They constantly come up and have no personal space. It's not relaxing. It's dusty and trash should be taken out more frequently. Bathroom is filthy and pedicure area could be a lot cleaner. Kids playing video games and owner correcting an yelling at them. Not a spa like experience. Go elsewhere.

This salon is great! It is so nice to be able bring my kids when i come. plus all the girls are super talented and nice!

I love going here. I always get what I ask for. They have a lot of color options. Including my favorite, cat eye polishes.
