2025-08-16I've been on the lookout for a new nail salon and decided to give this place a try. I'm absolutely thrilled with how my nails turned out—they look fantastic, as you can see in the photo! The nail technician did an amazing job with the design and quality. While the service was good, I believe it could be even better with a few small enhancements. Including a hand massage and some friendly conversation would elevate the experience to the next level. These little touches can make a visit feel more relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, I'm happy with my nails so far as of day 2.

2025-10-04the technician at this salon ripped my cuticle with such force i now have Paronychia and have to seek medical attention. incredibly rude staff as well. I received a manicure and pedicure on 9/18 here at Alena Nail and Spa, and i am now left with an infection middle finger and big toe. at this point i’m afraid they will never heal and be the same again. my finger nail bleed in the salon and they weren’t even very apologetic. prior to this i’d been going to this salon for 6 + months without an issue.
