Edit: Yes, she GRACIOUSLY rescheduled us. And then didn’t bother to show up? And then lied and said she accidentally scheduled someone else. I’ve included the photo where she claims she scheduled another appointment. So, no matter which client she had, she should have been there. None of it makes sense. And either way, the gift certificate hasn’t been honored or returned. Not that it was ever an issue for the original person to come in for the return anyways?? Crazy how easy it is for a business to dismiss unacceptable behavior. Edited to add: we have not even received our refund yet because they refused to process it that day and forced us to “stop in again”. How was that addressed?????? Seems like you just brushed the issue aside. On top of the fact that the stylist lied and claimed she had scheduled someone else…? She should have been there. No excuses. And the only thing done to make it right was to offer a feee hair cut?? By the same person??? I’m sorry what???? Came in to get my son’s hair cut and the hair stylist couldn’t even be bothered to show up to her own job???? Sat waiting in the lobby for Ovie?? For 20 minutes just to find out she had better things to do for the day. I would avoid AT ANY AND ALL COSTS!!!

I recently had my first appointment for nails and I would definitely go back. I brought my almost 3 year old daughter to get her finger and toe nails painted while I got a pedicure with gel polish. The whole experience was so nice, from getting booked within the week, the kindness of the stylists, our appointment started on time, everything was clean, lots of gel colors to choose from, and the pedicure was relaxing and effective and my feet were so pretty at the end. Thanks, ladies!

I love it here at Luminous Hair Spa! The salon is always clean and everyone is friendly. I’ve gotten my hair done by Hailey a few times now and she has never failed! I always love the turnout. She thrives when it comes to coloring and styling. She even did my hair for my wedding and it was everything I asked for and more! I will continue to book with her because she is good at what she does! She’s kind, attentive, and very personable. 10/10 would recommend Hailey at Luminous Hair Spa!

As a newly postpartum mom, struggling to take care of myself and find my style has been challenging. I made a random appointment with anyone that had a Saturday opening, it happened to be with Hailey. I went in with zero direction, a lot of gray and straggly hair that hadn’t been cut in 2 years. She let me bask in some quiet conversation but didn’t force small talk and let me chill while she did her thing. I left with the most beautiful, rich chocolate brown hair I have ever had a refreshed cut that made my hair look SO healthy! I can not thank her enough for her time and effort on me.
