I’ve been going here the past 7 months and have only good things to say. The price is average for a salon, little more expensive than the “men’s haircut” chains like sport clips but always better cuts. The staff is friendly and inviting. Great quality haircuts every time.

Supercuts Quality at professional prices. Just a helpful suggestion to the owner: If I owned a salon and took on hair designers that weren't seasoned, I would train them myself to deliver the same quality as I would, especially if they're going to be charging the same price as a well seasoned professional. Your hair stylists are a reflection of you and your business.

She was friendly and accommodating, however, I spent $154 to walk out looking the same as I walked in. I'm still trying to find the layers or curtains bangs I told her to cut or the highlights she put in. I asked coworkers if they noticed I had my hair done and everyone said it looks the exact same. No thinning shears were used and I'm still very heavy on the bottom and flat on the top. I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was a lot of layers, and it's not even close. I figured I must've been encroaching on her next client as it was getting close to the time limit because I had to sit in the chair processing these invisible highlights longer than expected.

I always saw Annie and have never been disappointed. I get my hair cut short but have some pretty wild growth patterns that makes it more difficult to work with than one would expect, and I am very particular about how I would like it to look, making me a bit of a challenge of a client. Not everyone is up to the challenge. To be honest, it takes me a bit of looking to find someone that has the patience, let alone skill, to deal with my nutso cowlicks and many requests. I told Annie all of this from the start, before booking the first appointment. Nonetheless, she was willing to take on the challenge. From the first haircut, she did great job. She patiently listened to all of my requests for further tweaks and touch-ups, and I always have a lot. But I also had less and less with each appointment. Needless to say, I would recommend making an appointment with her. She certainly knows what she's doing and is also just an interesting person who's easy to get along with.

Had my hair done by Hannah, and she absolutely nailed it. The salon is super cute, the staff is super friendly. 100% have found my new go-to salon. Before and after below :)
