Dazzling Nail

My friend was just there today and waited for over a half hour for next open lady and when another lady came in she took her first even after my friend said hey I was waiting first. They did not care that she was waiting and refused to service her and proceeded with the other lady that walked in with a kid. The place was so horribly dirty and nail dust was thick on everything and is always that way when she brings her elderly mother there to get her nails done. She was disappointed with their service today and will not be bringing her mother back again.

I just went here for the first time trying to find a new place after going to the same place for two years and my nails look beautiful. I called at 12 to make an appointment they didn’t ask for my name or anything which was a little weird, I showed up on time and had to wait 30 minutes still but the wait was worth it. I got good service and I showed her an idea of what I wanted and she did even better than the picture I showed her at least to me these nails are beautiful. I love the clean shape and it wasn’t a full set either I went in to get a fill. I won’t be going to my old nail salon that I’ve been going for two years again because after going here I realized that the nail shape is super clean compared to the old place I went. She really took her time doing my nails too. I will be going back I think it’s a decent place.

I got my nails done here a week ago. I called and made sure that they had time for an appointment, the lady told me yes they did. I got there and waited an hour before she got started on my nails. The nails looked horrible, some of them are not even fully painted, there is acrylic left on the back side of them. Today one of the nails fell off because the acrylic was on my skin and it had peeled off. I called to see if they could fix it, mind you it was ONE nail. The lady said “no we are too busy, okay?” and she hung up!

Wait terrible, You will have an appointment and still wait hours. nails look like press on nails. Work is very rushed and they never want to fix their mistakes on the nails. Can’t even go here for simple work like French tips or nail paint.

My nails look nice, longer than I wanted, but I didn't expect it to be so expensive either on top of my wait time of nearly an hour. I ll go back more prepared next time.
