I’ve been meaning to share this for a while—this talented team of nail artists absolutely deserves the praise. Every visit is a relaxing and enjoyable experience! Thankful for their attentiveness, and genuine care for their clients. Thank you for making us feel pampered…giving great nails & pedicures that are sublime ! Came in for a dip mani and regular pedi not even two weeks ago. The pedicure was just fine. However, May rushed through my dip manicure so fast she made a huge mess. There was dried dip all over my fingers. She tried to cut some off and actually cut my finger. When I said "ow" she literally laughed. That's not even the worst part. They were so thin that within 12 hours one had already broke. Two days later another one, and within 5 days 3 of them were broken. I went in once to get them fixed but can't continue to go back everyday when one breaks. I would say it's not worth it for the dip manicures especially if she's doing them. I'm sure other techs are much more equipped to do a dip manicure. Also, they offer a discount if you leave them a 5 star review on Google. So it's hard to tell which of these reviews are done because they want to, not to save a few bucks.

Haven't had nails since pre pandemic. A group of friends suggested VIP since my stylist left for Florida. Staff has been very kind, informative, quick, and obviously experienced. Experience with three seperate techs, all of them well done. I beautiful welcome back to stiletto sets. Thank you sooooo much! ^_^

Been here in the past and it was fine but started going to Diamond because it’s closer. Decided to try VIP again due to the chaos in Milford because of Milford Memories. Seen the same guy I did in the past. First of all I asked for a simple flower added to a nail and he quickly said “oh no that’s too hard but I can try” he kept telling me he can’t promise that it will look good. I was confused because he didn’t have issues doing things in the past. He then talked to another girl (in his language) if she knew how. She brought out stickers and asked if I wanted to use these children nail stickers. I just said no thank you and I picked a color and said i don’t want the design anymore. As he finished I watched the lady next to me get a great mani and my guy did nothing. At check out he said I needed to pay extra for a re shape of my nails. I went from oval to almond. I was shocked. He knew I was leaving without what I asked for but he could care less. I also said I didn’t want my nails short and he filed so much and they are way way too short. After I got in my car I noticed that some of my nails looked short almond and some short oval and all over filed on one side so the look lopsided. I did call and he got very offended and said I need to come in to fix the color. I said 3 times it’s not the color it was the over filling and uneven look. He said I worked for an hour and will not refund you. I said you can’t file any more they are already stubby nails. That’s not what I came in with and not what I asked for. At that point he hung up on me. I was not raising my voice he was. He’s one of the owners and I’m just so surprised that he acted that way. I guess I will be going back to Diamond in Milford.
