Modern Nails

The man who did my nails had such and attitude towards me for no reason. Do not waste your time or money. Go to TOP nails. They are nice and respectful! I told him twice I didn't want long nails and he got very mad by it. Then at the end he charged me $40 and the was laughing about it. Very awful

The individual doing nails were too distracted and engaging in conversation to do quality work. The young female doing my nails was more concerned about her work station and refilling her nail tips. I had to point out my nails were all filed at a slant so they were beyond crooked. I ended up filling them myself once I left. This place is nothing like it used to be the quality of work and the customer service has gone to shit! Very disappointing. The money they charge is not with the quality of work you receive.

Terrible Experience – Did Not Receive Paid Services I came in for a pedicure and paid $170 plus a $20 tip for a pearl service, a milk and honey service, and a child pedicure, but did not receive my full service. I called the salon to address the issue, and they agreed to have me return the following day since they were closed. When I returned, I was greeted by the owner, and I explained the situation. The staff looked confused and got the person who was supposed to complete my service. The technician claimed he had done the hot stones and everything, but he had not. I also did not receive the massage, hot towels, or sugar scrub I paid for. I’m two weeks away from delivering a baby and was really looking forward to this service, so it was especially disappointing. The owner offered only $5 back, which does not come close to compensating for the incomplete service or the tip I had already given. This was an unacceptable way to treat a guest. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. I would strongly recommend avoiding this salon. Another location, Other Modern Nails2 provides full services and a much better experience.

Ben did my nails (fingernails, a gel polish I believe). He did an amazing job! Ben was super funny and friendly! Normally, when I come to get my nails done, it's super awkward and a lot of awkward silence, but this time was awesome! Couldn't stop smiling and laughing 🤗 When no one else wanted to do my nails, he said he could and didn't complain. Definitely will be coming back to get my nails done by him in the future. Plus it wasn't as expensive as I thought it was going to be, so very happy about that too. The far left picture is the inspiration. The tan hands are the outcome

Very disappointed in the manicures and pedicures we received. I took my niece and cousin in for a spa day and their finger nail polish was coming off that night. The pedicures and manicures for the gis were both rushed through. My pedicure was nothing like I've had recently. Very disappointing. When they did my manicure they were burning my nails with the drill bits. I still had to file the edges that night and clip some spots so they didn't break. We won't go back there again for girls day.
