2025-04-08Fantastic haircuts, color, and more in a relaxed atmosphere with wonderful people! The shop is owned by life long Mason resident in a historic storefront with a relaxing view of the Ingham County's Court House west lawn. This shop represents everything that is wonderful about this community. Jane had been exclusively cutting my hair since we moved to Mason quite a few years ago. I called to schedule an overdue haircut appointment before a scheduled surgery from our LAN line phone. That phone is under my husband's name. The day of my appointment, Jane was out sick. That was a first in my experience. The other staff called and cancelled all of her appointments that had a phone number or that they could identify by caller ID. When I got there, I did somewhat panic thinking of having to recover with hair that was already unruly. Before I realized I was thinking out loud, the wonderful lady, who worked across the street in the court house, popped out of Ella's chair and offered me her appointment. Ella, her hair dresser, instantly agreed. Ella did an amazing job with my hair. It looked wonderful with little effort long beyond my recovery. I was SO thankful and appreciative of the wonderful gift those two ladies blessed me with that day! This is only one example why many customers won't get their hair or nails done anywhere else.
