Twice I have been bumped because she gives part of my scheduled appointment to the customer ahead of me. Very disrespectful and frustrating. Once is excusable, twice is time to move on.

2025-12-20I have a paper gift certificate from 2023, and they will not honor it because it was only good for for a year after "New Ownership" took over well how the hell did I know that??! The certificate does not show any expiration date on it what so ever!! I will not be doing business with them anymore. Bad customer service.

2025-11-01Was not impressed today with the young lady that cut my hair told her a few times how I liked and walked out needing another hair cut in a walk. The older blond does a much better hair cut so I need to find out what her name is so I can ask for her and go get it recut.
