Paul did a wonderful job! The salon is clean, and the technicians take their time to make it just right. My first time here and definitely the best mani pedi I’ve ever had!!

I would like to start by saying I usually do my own nails, I used to do gel overlays but I’ve been doing natural with regular nail polish for only two years. I know my nails and I know how they should be. I had a wedding to attend this past Saturday and decided to treat myself on Wednesday to nice nails because mine had taken a beating lately, I also wanted my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure because I was feeling lazy and wanted to be pampered. The pedicure and eyebrow wax were amazing and I am so happy with the results. HOWEVER the acrylic nails I got were not it. I could tell that night they weren’t shaped right but honestly anticipated taking them off myself after a week or so and they looked nice so I let it slide. Cut to cocktail hour at the wedding and my pointer finger popped off while scooching my chair in. Mind you I babied these acrylics more than my natural nail. It literally didn’t hurt it just popped off, three days into a mani and it didn’t even last the event I got them for, great, we reminded ourselves why we don’t pay to get nails done. They’re closed on sundays so I called them this morning (Monday) and let them know the situation and that I just want them removed, they did offer to repair and I said no thank you. I stopped in after work and they’re busy, I get it, I patiently wait the hour and a half it takes for my soak off while other clients are worked on, “don’t worry about me go ahead and finish her” I was literally chilling. Maybe this was my fault by kind of expecting the standard, but I was kind of surprised that I was charged $15 to remove nails that were not structurally sound to begin with. I didn’t get a clear coat, nail polish, just poorly structured and failing acrylics removed and natural nails shaped. I never asked for a refund, I never accused anyone or said a negative word about the nails, but honestly this will be the thing that doesn’t make me return, not the bad acrylics

I would never go to nail salons because i would always have negative experiences but today i chose to go to LP. Best experience. My nails look beautiful, I feel confident, and it was painless all thanks to my nail artist, Megan. Will be coming back!

I visited a few months back for a manicure and my care was exceptional! My nails were perfect but what has brought me back today is the atmosphere. Every tech here always makes me feel welcome and I just can't tolerate rude customer service these days... I will continue to get my nails done here...this nail salon deserves all the praise they have awesome customer service!!

Favorite nail place in the area!! Paul always does an excellent job at shape and the color always stays on for 2 weeks minimum, my family and I always come here when we know we want a nice set in a timely fashion! Thank you Paul!
