Le Rouge Salon + Beauty Bar

This Salon is amazing! Hence the 5 stars! I had a bad experience with a salon hopper though. I’m posting my experience with her here incase anyone hires her or goes to her they know what to expect. She NO longer works at this Salon. Earlier this year I went to see a hair stylist by the name of Christina Ortiz. My original hairstylist was booked so I figure why not. I had shown her a photo of a hair style that I wanted.. I had spent 4 hours in the salon. This was after she cancelled my appointment prior 10 minutes til. This time she was running late. She left me at the rinse station for an hour while she started another clients hair. After rinsing she had me wait at the hair dryer while she finished doing another clients hair (champagne blonde). The client came in after Christina started in my hair. Christina did not make me feel prioritized or that my hair mattered. I “trusted the process”… long story short I should have trusted my gut. I had gone back to my regular hairstylist and she showed me photos of what she did to the bottom layers of my hair!!! Christina left blotches in my hair, streaks, and stripped the blonde in my hair! My bangs were fried! I was mad!!! There was no way to save my hair. My only option is to keep my hair darker until it grows out! I texted Christina and no response back. She charged me $175 for a terrible job! I contacted the salon on regards to this. I understand this was not their fault as they put their trust in Christina as well. The salon owner and I came to a resolution and I am very thankful for that. I would definitely go back to La Rouge as I had a great experience before with Jennifer (great with blondes) and they did their best to resolve my concerns. The first photo below with the blonde was from Jennifer (healthy hair and beautiful framing). The other three Show the permanent black that was in my hair that Christina did as well as the one with the blue shirt (the blonde was no longer soft).

My experience at Le Rouge Salon is amazing. Everyone there is friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. My stylist actually listened to what I wanted and gave me tips that worked on my hair. You can tell they really care about their clients. I left loving my hair and already can’t wait to go back.

I have been here multiple times and I have never had any bad experiences what so ever! I would recommend anyone to attend this salon! They are amazing great staff, great environment. I appreciate them all for what they do. Thank you for your hair services, nails also waxes!

Historically I've been primarily a barber shop sort of guy but I've had the pleasure of getting a couple of haircuts at Le Rouge and everything has been excellent. Terrific haircuts (Brandi and Angie are both great) and Nichelle at the desk was more than helpful in dealing with my busy schedule. Felt comfortable when I was there, felt fly when I left. I'll be back.

Amazing ambiance, personable personalities, and an attention to detail that surpasses run of the mill salons are the reasons Le Rouge earns my 5 stars. The owner Crissy is on point, and all of the stylists there reflect this passion to service. I had some bubbles and chit chat and voila my troubles were eased and my hair looks amazing! Le Rouge est très magnifique!
