I paid $101 for a set ($90 total, $11 tip) I got acrylic with gel (they said the gel would last longer and it was $10 extra) They chipped the next day. I went in and got them fixed. They chipped again. Got them fixed. I asked for refunds both times, was told no. I went back in asked if they could just redo the set and they said yes but they didnt have time that day and i also had work. So they scheduled me for a full set on Saturday its Friday and she just called me to confirm the appointment and she said “you know this is a new charge right” and im like “ no that doesnt sound right this should be a fix from the last nails” she goes on to talk about the policy being a week and that they shouldve charged me for the last fix. She continued to blame it on me working in a cafe. ive been working in that cafe for 9 months and have had nails from all over and none of them broke like this. I explained i think the issue was i dont think enough acrylic was applied and the fact that they used gel on top. But they said it would last longer so i trusted that. She continued on about how people in restaurants nails always break and that its “good” that it only chipped. 🤨. I hate to sound like a karen but this whole experience was so hilariously irritating to me i went to a concert with my nails chipped😐. I was so nice everytime i went in there too to ask for a fix. Its just the lack of accountability and accommodation thats irking my nerves rn. I didnt even tell her this but the last time they fixed one of my nails the paint wasnt dry the paint moved and got messed up. Rant done. If you wanna go there just dont get the gel on top of the acrylic.

IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD!!! I’ve been coming to this nail salon for the past 8 months and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel so welcome—everyone is genuinely friendly and kind. But I have to give a special shoutout to my favorite nail tech, Amy 🎺! She is absolutely incredible. Not only is her work consistently flawless, but our appointments have become something I genuinely look forward to. We always end up chatting about life, and I swear she’s like my unofficial therapist (and a great listener!). On the days I just want to zone out, I can sit back, relax, and watch whatever’s on TV—they totally get it. The atmosphere is relaxed, the quality is top-notch, and ALL services are always on point. If you’re looking for a place where you feel taken care of every single time, *this* is it. Thank you so much to the whole team—and especially Amy, Jackie, and Julie (I’m sorry if I spelled incorrectly)—for making every visit such a treat! I’ve included just a FEW on the amazing dip powder work Amy has done!! She did my graduation nails - and in line to do many more events!!! WITH LOTS OF LOVE

For almost three years I went to this place where Christi did my nails beautifully. A few months ago she went on maternity leave and changed owners. No one told me about this change and that Christi would not return. Last time Amy did my nails and I didn't like it. Her work was fast and messy. I did not like the way they handled the change of the owners and the lack of information for the clients. It doesn't me to answer your response, I decided to respond you here: I didn't leave any reviews 4 days ago. My only review was when they changed owners. I don't understand why this appears now. After that I stopped going and came back when I got a gift card ( last December)and I wanted to try different people. It's true that they treat people very well and that's why kept me going but last Friday I had a bad experience, I'm not going to give the name of the person because she's super nice and I don't want to affect her work but my nails are broken and chipped, with different shapes. I called to get my money back and you offered to fix it but after your response I don't feel like coming back. Sometimes photos speak louder than words

Hi5 Nails provides the best customer services and nail services. They know their customers by name, and greet you as soon as you walk in the door. They go above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience from beginning to end, and after. My two sister-in-love and I went in for pedicures before our Miami trip, and Vannie setup wine and snacks for us just because she wanted our evening to be special. It was such a nice touch. I appreciate every moment I'm getting a service done, from relaxing to the conversations. Highly recommend!
