2025-05-28I attempted a pedicure however after the soak it went down hill. The nail tech was inexperienced and clipped my toe nails too short and caused extreme pain and bleeding during the cuticle trim, so much in fact even after screaming out in agony he tried to keep going as he misunderstood. I left in pain and bleeding, 3 days later I still have pain in both big toes and cannot wear closed shoes. Eventually I'll be able to get a pedicure but it definitely won't be at Pro Nails. I was a customer for years, never complained despite the inconsistent service but the pain, disrespect and level of rudeness from Linda specifically when I spoke up about the service I was receiving shocked me. I couldn't believe what was happening....my $$$ matters and I need to start speaking up.
