LUXURY NAILS HIGHLAND PARK, eyelashes&eyebrows

First time I went two weeks ago, no problem. Today I go back for a fill in and one of the females (the one that previously did my nails) was horrible. Her attitude was nasty and she raised her voice to me. I had to check her and told her she is bad for business. She lied about how to remove the powdered acrylic to get more money. This business is a rip off and disrespectful. She told me go find another nail salon, she didn't care! DO NOT GO HERE!!! SHE IS THE OWNER AND HAVE AN ATTITUDE LIKE THAT? She needs to learn customer service, professionalism and respect.

Honestly love them down. For my first experience. I told them I need an eye brow/mustache wax, full acrylic set, color change on my toes all within 40 minutes. When I say they delivered it!!! TOO quality and gave me exactly what I wanted. This is now my forever shop can wait to come back for my fill. Mind you everything was $100!!! How in the world do you beat that

I've tried to like it but I don't. The only thing I like is the way Ash shaped my nails but he was not attentive to the color scheme at all. The orange acrylic is blotchy I don't know if it's because of the application, the curing, or if the product was bad. My toes are a different shade of orange too, the pedicure was great but the polish job is bad and thin. I never ever have a great experience at these one stop shops and it was last minute for me due to a mess up on my part with a previous nail appointment with someone else. It's okay for the price, pedicure massage, and quick job. I'll try again with a different design.

Definitely recommend!! 2 luxury deluxe pedicures and a full set were less than $180. Shop was clean and stylists were friendly and professional. Gave a reference photo and he ate down to the T!!

Kevin went back to his home country and now these ppl have taken over the nail shop. This place will never get my money again. I break a nail overtime they do them with 2 days. They make the acrylic soooo thin! $80 FILL IN down the drain AGAIN. This place doesn’t even follow state laws. I had to request for my tech to wash his hands before touching my nails after doing a DRY PEDICURE at his area. Then he proceeded to pour the left over acrylic that he didnt use back into the container! Thats gross I can have, food, poop, blood ANYTHING on my nails…ewww. That’s illegal and extremely dangerous. I stopped getting my pedi done here several months ago because I have a fungus on my toe from their dirty pedi equipmen. Go somewhere else yall..fr and save yall pockets, and nerves
