M&M Nail Hair Spa

Been coming here for about 9 months and I haven’t had any issues with their work. Im happy with the prices and quality of work. I recommend Chris, he is very gentle and friendly. The thickness and shape of my sets are spot on for the most part. I will say if you want the gems or the flowers painted on you will pay a lot more than the other sets pictured. Totally worth it though. I am extremely rough on my nails and I’d say my sets hold up really good. However when I break a nail they get me in asap and fix it for free every time. Greatly appreciate the service here and hope things stay the same! Also I’ve never seen any bugs here!

Will definitely be returning! Everyone is very sweet and welcoming! I wasn’t sure what colors to use and they had no issue helping me pick. They also were running back and forth trying to find my mom the perfect color and didn’t make it seem like it was an inconvenience to them! I didn’t feel nervous or uncomfortable when I wanted to ask for one of the nails to be fixed! Pricing is also not bad at all and totally worth it!

Save your money and your nails!!! I’ve never had an issue at M&M until now. The last 3 sets I have gotten, I’ve ended up with a broken nail within a week of getting them done. The acrylic is done too thin. I always looked past it because I work a very hands on job, but that still shouldn’t be happening. I went in yesterday, 5/2, to get my nails removed. I was assuming that it was going to be a soak off, as that is how my nails have been removed at different salons in the past, but I was horribly wrong. I sit down, and the woman takes out what looks like a painting tool, and PRIES my nails off. I kept exclaiming because I was in pain, she would pause for a moment and then continue. My nails are now disgusting to look at, incredibly fragile and cracked all over. This is not at all how this should be done. This ”salon” is filthy, I have seen BUGS crawling on the booth tops, and overall gives off a bad vibe. And now, learning they may use MMA, which is super bad for you, I will never come back. Someone should be contacting the health department about this place!!

I’m gonna say this in the nicest way possible but this place is absolutely terrible. This was by far the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The acrylics were thick, lumpy, and completely unprofessional. They didn’t even bother to use proper nail tips, and the end result looked cheap and sloppy. The worst part? When I took them off, my natural nails were left destroyed. I had painful “rings of fire” from over-filing, and my nails are still damaged and weak because of how careless the work was. A nail salon should NEVER leave a client with long-term damage, yet that’s exactly what happened here. Clearly, they don’t care about proper technique or nail health, just rushing people in and out. I wasted my money, I’m left dealing with the damage, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you value your nails, avoid this salon.
