Overall okay experience but the pricing was confusing. I asked for a mani/pedi combo with shellac. I ended up doing a deluxe pedi and just a regular mani (because they started to get busy), both with shellac. I was charged $121 which is more than the deluxe mani/pedi pricing which is listed on the website as $100. I thought they must have charged me separately but even then to charge separate for a delux pedi and regular mani with shellac is still only $100. My nails did not have polish on them when I came in so it was not for polish removal. The pedi looks good but the mani polish is already coming off the tips of one of my nails after three days so thats disappointing. I doubt I would return because I don’t like misleading pricing especially for the manicure to last all of three days. Also, none of the tools were in sterile packages so that is another no for me. I have no idea how clean the tools were. Edit- Since I cannot reply to the owner’s post- You should probably update your pricing on your website because your most expensive deluxe pedi is listed as $65 not $85. So that is misleading advertising. And why offer combo pricing if you don’t allow me to do that?

I received a fill on Saturday along with a pedicure, but within just three days, the fill began lifting and the gel started peeling from every nail. I scheduled a follow-up appointment to have them repaired. While the new owner who helped me today was polite, unfortunately, the outcome was even worse than before. My natural nails were filed down extremely short, with visible splits along the edges, the tech that started attempt to pry the gel off my nail with another nail, ultimately soaked off 6 of ten nails. Now none of the shapes match across my fingers the apex of the gel is just terrible some nails are 1/8” thick in the center and on one side of an edge. Due to the condition of the previous work, they weren’t even able to recreate the original French design with my gel because they filled this with gobs of acrylic not one singular bead. I’ve now spent $80+ on a service that needs to be redone a third time elsewhere, along with over an hour & half of my time. I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. It’s my fault for coming back keep hoping this place gets better with the continued ownership changes but this is the last time.

We came on thanksgiving and were the only ones in the place. It looks clean and is well decorated in there. We were sat immediately and I was asked if I had a picture. I didn't have an exact picture of what I wanted and the guy didn't speak much English at all so communicating what I wanted was difficult but we got there. My nails are shaped perfectly, which I don't commonly get. The design is very well done. The nails are even, straight, and smooth. Without even having to ask, I was brought water during my appointment. My mom LOVED Mimi who also did an amazing job on her nails. I would 100% come again.

3 visits in 6 weeks. Visit one- left with burned nail beds from the dremmel and torn up cuticles from a new file. Yes, I said something. Went back for a second shot- and left with patchy nails. Glitter, no undercoat. Went back third time to get my first pedicure. May as well match the patchy nails right?? I walked in at 4 PM and had the fastest pedicure of my life. I literally said to the young man wow you’re going fast. The owner who I believe is female, was sitting next to him, tending to another client and she laughed. I then realized he rushed my pedicure because he had three young ladies coming in after me that had made appointments. I would’ve much rather been told, I cannot do your pedicure than rush it. It was by far the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. And the owner was well aware of what he was doing. That was a huge turn off for me and solidified my last visit. Why three attempts? I really wanted to give this place an opportunity. I liked the way my nails looked the two times that I went, despite the pain of the first visit and the unevenness of the second. I was willing to work through it. I see the work that comes out of there and it makes me want to return, but my three experiences have not justified spending more money there. Pros- clean and quiet. Bummed to have to look for a new salon again.
