Painted Nails Lounge & Spa

I’ve been meaning to write a review, this is beyond the best nail salon I have been to! Jazmine does an amazing job on my nails every time, I’m always satisfied when I leave her chair. Not to mention she is so sweet!! And Pearl!!! Omg 😍 Unfortunately I have moved out of state and won’t be returning as much as I would like but I hope to return when visiting. Five stars from me forsure. This is a picture of my most favorite set she done ❤️

Nov. 20, 2025 - bridal wedding party. Booked 2.5 MONTHS in advance, as we live out of state and spoke with both Jazmine and Lissa (as well as our wedding coordinator spoke with Jazmine). My husband and I even stopped by the salon before the day of our appt. to confirm everything. The day of at 4pm, the salon was not ready for us. Nothing was set up for the light snacks & drinks we brought in, and were told we could bring in. We also got things we did not ask for (like balloons, wine & specialty desserts). Who was paying for that?!! We specifically ASKED Lissa not to do those things as we would bring in only light refreshments as we had a group dinner we were attending right after this salon appt. We were required to pay a $500 deposit down 9 weeks before our group appointment! I was asked about a tip before we received a total, which I gave $80 in cash. Then Lissa totaled our bill which was $325 (because they did not have enough staff to do everyone's nails in a 3-hour block appt., including the bride's manicure!). She spoke with Jazmine over the phone and then looked at me and said, "let's call it even". No communication from these co-owners that they did not have enough staff for our 11-women party. Nothing was set up ahead of time as promised and I am out $175 of what this salon received for services that they DID NOT provide to our group! Our wedding coordinator notified the salon of this situation asking for resolution. Lissa texted our coordinator that she had my (groom's mother) phone # and would reach out. That was TWO weeks ago with no contact from Painted Nails -- so it is time for this review. Lesson learned! It does not matter what a business says or promises over the phone, your actions must back up what your words are. 50% of the women in our bridal party did not get their nalon requests completed for a wedding, and paid for! Go here at your OWN RISK, and never give them a deposit ahead of time!!

I had Very nice experience . I was there for a while, I didn’t come in with an appointment, but I went in for a deluxe pedicure and YALL I never had someone really take their time on my pedicure like them. They got me rightttttttt together I’m thinking about returning. I also like how it wasn’t quiet and awkward. We could talk freely it felt nice to be able to socialize a little bit with the nail techs and the other clients it was really a vibe. The lady that did the pedicure was great the other young lady that had painted them did amazing. Look at my toes yall.

I came here a long time ago and I couldn’t put a review and now I finally can this is the best service they gave me beautiful nails for my birthday it didn’t hurt at all and nothing was wrong with my nails it was perfect my birthday is near and am definitely coming here again for my birthday

i have been going to Jazmine and Lissa since they opened the shop about 3 years ago now!! they are so kind, funny, and great at their jobs. Lissa has done some amazing designs on me, and Jazmine is the only person in the world i trust to do my eyebrows. they made me feel beautiful for every major occasion i have had since high school and will probably do my nails and brows for my wedding some day. love them to death.
