This was my first time visiting. Trent was so amazing.he took over 40min for great hair cut. Most time, I even drive over 2hrs for good hair cut. You can definitely can see his 38yrs of experiences and expert knowledges. I recommend 💯 x 💯

We took our son that is 2 years old for his first hair cut . As you could imagine with a toddler, he did not want to sit in the chair , the tears started , and he just wanted mom and dad. Trent was so amazing and kind being flexible to make him comfortable and do what worked to complete his hair cut. From sitting on Dads lap to then in my arms. Even with all the wiggling around , Trent did a great job with his hair and it turned out so cute ! We will definitely come back again.

We had Trent as our stylist and absolutely loved him! Will definitely be bringing my other daughter in for her hair as well! He also taught her about her hair and the things she can do to keep it healthy. Identified the issues with it and the things she can do to improve her hair too. Very informative!!

Coming up with the right words to not offend anyone, because as much as my stylist was absolutely nothing but kind, I am frustrated with my visit (s). I made an appointment to get my brows waxed and tinted, I went in and when I got there, my stylist stated she did not know where the product was to tint my brows with, and had asked if I could come in the next day to get them tinted. She still proceeded with the waxing which was good! But frustrated about the unpreparedness, where I believe if you know you have an appointment, you should be prepared with the products you will be using. I am unfortunately unhappy with the way the tinting turned out, it turned out way lighter than the reference photos I showed her. My brows turned out platinum blonde and was hoping for a dirty blonde/light brown. Then, I hoped to be offered a discount for the inconvenience of having to come in a second day, but I had to ask for one instead of being offered one. I hate to sound mean and I am not usually one to do something like this but I am frustrated.

I went and seen Kayla today. I decided last minute to go get my hair done and she did an amazing job. After having a rough week she definitely made it better and I left feeling better than ever! Will definitely be back 🥰🤩
