Serena is awesome!! She is always so friendly, and makes you feel very comfortable. I've had my hair, nails, and eyebrows done by her and I am never disappointed. All the staff there are very friendly and keep the place very clean.

Went in this shop not knowing anyone. My sister suggested her hairdresser. I needed to b thinned out. Very thick hair even at the age of 67. I will b going back. She did a great job.

Always Clean. The girls all seem to get on together. Very relaxing. I get my nails done 1 time a month. I also get my hair cut and colored. I don't ever think of going elsewhere.

My amazing hair stylist had to go on medical leave due to cancer. She thought I was in good hands with LeAnne. I got a foil with highlights and lowlights, washed, blowed out, and curled. On my way home (an hour drive) I run my fingers through my hair and it was wet and sticky and smelled of chemicals. I still had color in my hair! I pamper myself 4 times a year getting my hair done to feel beautiful, but instead I was in tears. I text her when I got home telling her that I had to rewash and dry my hair . She apologized saying that she did not notice. I text her that I was going to be in town and asked if I could pick up some color so I could "fix" my bangs and was told no. I had to go in for her to redo them. I was charged $85 and I gave her a $15 tip. Save your money or throw it in the trash. You will be farther ahead. Beyond disappointed.

Requested heavy platinum highlights, provided a photo and instead got light highlights. Price was reasonable for highlights, just not what I asked for.
