2021-08-30I went in to get “Acrylic nails” with my friend because we finally were able to have a girls day. I was very excited because I don’t always treat myself. I told them what I wanted. When they asked me what shape I said almond and they told me no. (Who tells someone No you can’t chose what you want with your nails!?) so I had to choose between round or square for some reason. I can’t even say I had gotten acrylics bc it just looked like I just painted my nails and called it good. The paint isn’t even on the sides of my nails. I have cuticles that have been scraped so bad they scabbed. I was being nice because my friend we loving her nails. Then when I called later and said this isn’t right they pretty much said to bad “it’s already been done” nothing they can do now. I’ve never had such awful service before at a nail salon. I’ll never go back

2024-08-08Scheduled an appointment for a fill and pedicure about a month ago, and when I came in a group of five who were getting manicures came in too. I guess they were busy because my manicure was very rushed and looked awful. Just went to another nail salon today and they couldn't stop talking about how terrible my nails looked from my visit to Le Nails.

2023-07-09Jen did my nails and had to always answer the phone becuz the man there never did, idk if he even spoke English. Every time I'd say something about what she was doing she was quick to tell me "no no" and continue doing things her way. Needless to say my nails were not smooth, the 3 she replaced were wider than the rest and a few of them did t even have acrylic on the sides. AND when I left they were sticky and one nails polished peeled off. This was due becuz she didn't evenly spread the topcoat on and didn't leave them under the lamp long enough. Other than that she was nice.

2023-12-14Lee is always so sweet, I’ve been coming to her since high school, and I won’t go anywhere else. She’s quick and accurate. She’ll suggest ideas with color, shape, size ect. Always clean and just a great atmosphere

2021-05-13The gal that does my pedicures (I really need to ask her name) is very friendly and efficient. Instead of an hour (which is too long for me), she's done in under 1/2 hour. Easy to get an appointment and very reasonable price at $25.
