The staff explained each step of the Japanese Head Spa, and the shoulder massage was a perfect addition , it helped release so much tension from my neck and shoulders. The combination made the experience both deeply relaxing and therapeutic. The environment is beautiful, clean, and extremely peaceful. The hands-on techniques were excellent, with great attention to detail and care throughout the entire treatment.
