My daughter decided to book massage to celebrate her birthday. Our first time at ODS and we both had very nice relaxing massages. Everyone was so nice. Definitely recommend.

The staff is always super nice and I've always had a good experience here, but yesterday I had a service with Laurie and she was absolutely amazing, she definitely deserves some recognition! Can't wait to book my next appointment! I wish the parking situation was better but that is beyond their control.

Horrible service, avoid and go literally anywhere else. I booked an appointment for my wife for a massage, my wife drove 45 minutes and showed up to the appointment and sat for another 30 minutes before she was told that the appointment was canceled because the technician had called out sick and no one had the decency to let my wife know ahead of time. I called and asked to speak with a manager and they told me they couldn’t find her. Atrocious customer service, horrible experience, and inexcusable response by the company. Thanks for ruining my wife’s weekend.

Got a pedicure and it was great! Then I got a massage and it was good. But then I got my mani and it was horrible! I was expecting my cuticles to be cut and they weren’t. I also went with a color and I told her I wasn’t feeling the color the very first finger she did. She tells me she’s going to do a second coat and it’ll look better at the end. I went along with it. At the end I did not like them I told her I didn’t like them so she offered to go over it with basically the same color just darker so I agree. But she didn’t even cover all of my nail and you could still see the pervious nail color on me..

I was looking forward to a relaxing prenatal massage, but unfortunately my experience fell short. The massage beds were uncomfortable, and the front desk staff came across as unwelcoming. I also unfortunately forgot my giftcard at home but brought a picture of the card with proof of purchase, but was told they could not honor it without the physical card, which was very disappointing. Overall, I did not feel accommodated and would hesitate to return
