Worst experience of my life! My nails are all rough on the ends, my cuticles weren’t trimmed or pushed back, nails not painted on the sides or by the top, bubbling already, and she filed some of the paint and scratched it. I was going to go back to get it fixed but during the manicure she was physically twisting my fingers and they were so sore that I did not want to risk getting hurt further. Overall it was a horrible experience with Annie and I’ve never experienced anything like it. I asked her several times to stop or change what she was doing, but she just got annoyed and kept going. However the owner did reach out to me to apologize and offered a refund or to re-do them at no cost.

Went for a gel fill on my nails yesterday. I’ve been here twice before with no issues, I even highly recommended them. Today the woman I had destroyed my nail. She had taken the previous color off my nails and began to file. There were no issues until the filing. All the sudden I see my nail start turning red/dark brown. I’ve never had this happen and thought maybe it was polish leftover on the file so I let her continue. She stayed in this one area filing it for at least a full minute. Finally I flinched in pain and told her it was hurting. She looked up at me acting completely confused. She began telling me it was just underneath the nail so I let her continue. I was extremely uncomfortable but had no idea what was happening. Once I finally got the courage I started telling her it hurt and it looked like my nail had been cut or something. Again, I have never had this happen. “Cut??” She repeated back in a rude tone. She seemed to get fed up and stopped talking to me, waiting for another man to come over and look. They exchanged words and he began telling me the same thing she was, that it was just underneath. I said it hurt and I didn’t want to continue, and that I wanted to let it heal. He said there was no charge for what she had begun to do, and I thanked the both of them about 4 times. They both ignored me not saying a word back and as I got up to leave, the same woman looked confused and irritated and exchanged more words to the man but nothing to me. I left feeling like I was in the wrong and I was very confused and overwhelmed. After immediately taking pictures and showing close friends, I went to urgent care for treatment. There is virtually no nail left in the area and it hurts to touch. Then the owner alleged online that I had a “fungus” but then took down her own post. Will never return again after the way they all acted.

I haven’t been to a nail salon in years and Cozy Nails is my new favorite spot. So friendly and welcoming. I’m definitely coming back for a fill-in. My nails were $70 which can be steep for some but well worth it. It came with a hand massage, back massage and a wax treatment for smoother hands.

Awful place to go!! The women I had was very rough, she would pull my hand and she hurt me several time while filing! I had a broken nail and asked her twice to replace it, instead she completely ignored me and just put gel over it. Also two of the nails were completely crooked… looked terrible!! I asked her to fix them and I could easily tell she was not happy with me!! She proceeded to talk about me to her coworkers in their language … very unprofessional!!! When it came time to pay she charged me $90 for a gel fill. I am certain she charged me more because she had to fix two nails!! I will not be going back there. If your smart you will stay away too!’

Jenny was amazing!! I got a gel pedi and a a full set w/ French tips and it came out to $137. Will be coming back for a fill!
