2025-08-07very confusing attempt to get nails done. I called the VH number listed here and no response, got a call back from a different number. a man confirmed it was Hollywood nails and I made an appointment for the next day at 10:30am. I showed up at 10:25am to the VH location, which was closed, and called and was told to come to OB. I said that’s fine, but I’ll be late. He said okay. I drive almost half an hour to OB, walk in, and am told I don’t have an appointment. I explained that I called yesterday, and was emphatically told ‘no’ multiple times, across a room full of people. eventually I pulled up my call log to confirm, at which point he backed off a bit and said there must have been some confusion. he said to come back in an hour and a half, which I couldn’t do, so I left. he called when I was halfway home to tell me I could come back, at which point I had neither the time nor the interest. this was going to be a one star review and it’s two because he apologized one time as I was leaving.

2022-08-11I have never written a review before but I had such a bad experience there that I felt the need to. After having an appointment for a simple pedicure it took me and my mom nearly 2 hours before we were done (not including the drying time). The staff were unprofessional, rushed, and understaffed. Not to mention we both got a creepy massages for weirdly long period of time... the lady was also falling asleep while massaging our feet. I would say you're better off going anywhere else on island to get your nails done.
